Day One

Well today was an ok day.  I did the first DVDs with Jill and I will have to say I am glad I did.  It was so hard if i was buy myself i might have given up half way through the DVDs.  But with her there that made me push myself even harder. I am on my couch right now and I will have to say, I already feel the workout.  I am really hungry and it is the first time I have been hungry in a long time.  To me that is a sign that I am burning calories.  I can not wait for what tomorrow brings to the table.
