So today went good, I liked this DVD better. I was really not motivated to work out today. But I pushed my self to work out and I am really glad that I did. I feel great today, I was sore when I first started but once I finished I was feeling fantastic. I did stop more times then I would like to but I am not going to beat myself up from over it. Already looking forward to the work out tomorrow. I am also posting my first picture to keep a weekly log on how well I am doing. Please let me know what everyone thinks.

ReplyDeleteget it girl... keep it up and stay motivated. We all need some help staying focused, don't lose sight in what your goal is. I too will be starting this workout on the first of the month~ heres to a healthier us!
